Course syllabus
Eight modules combining drafting, rotation, climbing and safety — from sitting in the peloton to launching the breakaway. Follow in order or build your own week with standalone lessons.
Foundation & position
Posture, bike fit basics and holding a line. 20 to 30-minute sessions, three times a week.
Drafting & slipstream
How a peloton saves energy: distances, wind awareness and riding a wheel safely.
Paceline rotation
Through-and-off, single and double pacelines, with calls and pulls of 15 to 60 seconds.
Climbing in a group
Seated and standing climbing, pacing calls and regrouping at the top.
Sprint etiquette
Lead-outs, holding your line and safe sprint finishes for club rides.
Endurance & pacing
Zone 2 blocks, fueling basics and negative-split group rides of 45 to 90 minutes.
Bike handling
Cornering, braking in a pack and riding shoulder to shoulder, with solo drills first.
Signals, echelons & recovery
Hand signals, crosswind echelons, plus cool-down and rest-day routines of 10 minutes.
Recovery rides
Easy spins, mobility and sleep-friendly evening routines after hard days.
Echelons
Crosswind formation riding: guttered pacelines, rotation timing and calls when the wind splits the group.
Club rides
Weekend group guides: route planning, regroup points and ride-leader calls for 45 to 90 minutes.
