Breakaway Lab provides an online group-riding skills course, with recorded lessons, support guides and a participation certificate, available via browser and app, on the plans described on the course page.
2. Account and access
Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for your credentials. Sharing accounts, reselling access or reproducing content is forbidden.
3. Billing, access period and cancellation
- Access opens after payment confirmation.
- The annual plan lasts 12 months from activation.
- You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- After 7 days, cancellation stops future renewals; current access runs until the paid period ends.
- Prices and payment methods may change with prior notice, with no effect on completed purchases.
4. Conduct
You agree to use the content personally, with no reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering or commercial use, and no recording of streams.
5. Health and liability
Content is educational and does not replace professional assessment, diagnosis or coaching. Check with a health professional before any physical activity. Riding involves risk, and you are responsible for riding within your limits, with a helmet and under traffic rules.
6. Results
We do not guarantee specific weight-loss, fitness, performance or financial results. Results vary with frequency, nutrition, health and other individual factors.
7. Intellectual property
All content (lessons, sheets, texts, images, the Breakaway Lab mark) belongs to Breakaway Lab or licensors. Any reproduction beyond permitted personal use is forbidden.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice, with an effective date.
